ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You'll Be Doing

1. Partner with the Stakeholders
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their team’s capability needs and identify learning opportunities to improve performance through learning and capability development.

2. Create Engaging Learning Experiences
Design and deliver engaging product knowledge, sales skills, and capability development programmes that strengthen sales effectiveness, service excellence, and employee confidence.

3. Measure Learning Success
Monitor learning effectiveness through assessments, role plays, observations, audits and performance insights. Use the findings to continuously improve learning programmes and learner experience.

4. Build Capability & Culture
Support initiatives that strengthen coaching, service excellence, employee engagement and succession development, helping to create a culture where learning becomes part of everyday work.

5. Explore New Ways of Learning
Leverage AI and digital learning tools to create engaging and effective learning experiences. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to regional learning projects and organisation development initiatives across our markets.

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, Retail Operations, Digital Media or a related field.
