About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fund Accountant to join a dynamic operations team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality fund accounting services to a portfolio of investment funds while working closely with clients, auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the books and records for a portfolio of investment funds.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations.
- Record investment transactions, including purchases, disposals, income, expenses, and capital activities.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or Singapore FRS, where applicable).
- Process capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions.
- Perform cash, investment, and bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with investment managers, auditors, tax advisors, custodians, and other service providers.
- Support year-end audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and ad hoc client requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, full sets accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
- Experience with private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, or other alternative investment funds is advantageous.
- Good understanding of investment accounting principles and fund structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
