Overview

We are looking for a motivated E-Commerce Live streamer Intern to join our fast-growing team at B2K Pet Care.

You will gain hands-on experience in real e-commerce operations , including product listings, online campaigns, TikTok content, Shopee/Lazada management, and order fulfilment support across multiple platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, interested in e-commerce and digital marketing, and wants real exposure to online business operations and growth.

Job Scope

E-Commerce (TikTok Live & Shopee Live)

Job Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestreams on TikTok Shop, Shopee Live and other platforms (approx. 2 hours/day).

• Showcase products, interact with customers, and answer live enquiries.

• Manage and update product listings across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada and other e-commerce platforms.

• Support online campaigns, promotions, vouchers and bundle deals.

• Monitor online orders, product information and basic sales performance.

• Assist with social media content, product highlights and promotional materials.

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent online customer service.

• Work closely with the marketing team to grow online sales and brand awareness.

• Perform other ad-hoc e-commerce duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams.

• Confident, energetic and able to engage with customers.

• Detail-oriented with good organisational and multi-tasking skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify or Canva is an advantage (training will be provided).

• Previous e-commerce or livestream experience is a bonus, but not required.
