Job Description
We are looking for a motivated ITE graduate to join our team as a Field Service Technician / Site Coordinator, covering the North-East region. You will be the on-ground point of contact for repairs, service support, and site coordination across our client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting of [equipment/systems]
• Provide responsive service support to clients across sites in the North-East region
• Coordinate site visit schedules and job assignments with the operations team
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service jobs
• Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and parts/materials used
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Ride company-provided motorbike to and from job sites

Requirements

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Facilities Management & Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or an engineering discipline
• Minimum Class 2B motorcycle license required (company motorbike provided)
• Willing to work shifts, depending on job assignment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and travel to various sites within the North-East region
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
