We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cake Packing & Dispatch Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for packing cakes, preparing customer orders for dispatch, and coordinating with our logistics team to ensure all deliveries are sent out accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the order management system and check incoming orders.
• Prepare orders for dispatch according to the scheduled delivery times.
• Retrieve ready cakes from the chiller and pack them carefully into the correct cake boxes.
• Verify order details to ensure the correct cakes and accessories are packed.
• Check expiry date labels and ensure products are packed according to food safety standards.
• Communicate with the logistics team regarding order readiness and dispatch timing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and dispatch area.
• Report any missing items or order discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Able to operate a computer and navigate basic order management systems.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift and move cake boxes safely.
• Experience in food production, packing, or warehouse operations is an advantage but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,600.00 per month
