We're Hiring: Senior Videographer / Videographer

Working Location: Oval Damansara (HQ) + ServAuto workshops

Join our creative team as a Senior Videographer / Videographer and play a key role in producing high-quality video content from shoot execution to final footage handoff. If you’re hands-on with camera operation, lighting, audio and talent direction, with a strong eye for visual quality and a passion for creating engaging content, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shoot execution — Camera, lighting, audio and framing for every assigned script. Cover the full shot list including B-roll and cutaways. Batch-shoot method across multiple sets per day.
• Talent direction — Run script reading, blocking and rehearsal before rolling. Get a usable performance from workshop staff and non-professional talent, not just a technically clean take.
• Technical standard — 4K capture, 30fps dialogue / 60fps+ B-roll, exposure set in sequence (shutter → aperture → ISO), dialogue mic peaks not exceeding −6 dBFS. Consistent look across a batch so an editor isn't colour-matching shot to shot.
• Handoff discipline — Upload footage same day with a completed handoff note: what's shot, what's missing, what needs a retake. Incomplete handoffs are the single biggest cause of pipeline stalls here.
• File and asset hygiene — Correct naming, correct folder, logged in the production tracker. Every clip traceable to its video code.
• Senior band additionally owns — on-set creative direction when a script stalls; judging footage against the internal score sheet before it moves downstream; coaching junior videographers; stepping into edit or posting when output is at risk.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years hands-on short-form video shooting — you have personally operated the camera, not

assisted

• Working knowledge of exposure, framing, and on-camera audio; comfortable with lav and shotgun mics
• Vertical 9:16 short-form fluency (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
• Reliable on schedule. Shoot days are fixed and other people's work depends on yours landing.
