• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including upselling and cross-selling of products
• Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand market presence
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
• Conduct product training and support for retail staff to improve product knowledge and sales performance
• Stay updated on competitor activities and customer trends to support business strategies
