Key Responsibilities

Technical Consultation

• Engage customers to understand operational and technical requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
• Recommend suitable security and ICT solutions based on customer needs.
• Provide technical advice during customer meetings and presentations.

Solution Design

• Design integrated security solutions that comply with customer specifications.
• Prepare system architecture diagrams and network topology.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), equipment schedules, and technical compliance matrices.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.

Tender & Proposal Management

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and contract requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for quotations and technical support.
• Assist the commercial team in preparing competitive pricing.
• Ensure timely submission of tender documents.

Product & Technology Expertise

Provide technicalsupport for:

• PSIM Platforms
• AI Video Analytics

• Cybersecurity Solutions
• Data Centre Security
• Airport, Seaport & Critical Infrastructure Security Solutions

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Liaise with technology partners for product selection and pricing.
• Obtain technical documentation, certifications, and compliance statements.
• Coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations where required.
• Stay updated on new technologies and product releases.

Internal Support

• Provide technical support to the sales team during customer engagements.
• Conduct internal product training sessions.
• Support project teams during project handover.
• Assist with technical clarifications during project execution.

Documentation

Prepare and maintain:

• Technical proposals
• BOQs
• Compliance matrices
• System architecture drawings
• Network diagrams
• Datasheets
• Equipment schedules
• Technical specifications
• Method statements
• Risk assessments
• Testing & commissioning plans
• O&M documentation where required

Continuous Improvement

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry standards.
• Maintain professional certifications from key technology partners.
• Develop standard proposal templates and reusable technical documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Technical proposals submitted on time.
• Tender technical compliance rate.
• Tender win rate.
• Accuracy of BOQs and costing support.
• Number of technical presentations and customer engagements.
• Response time to technical enquiries.
• Number of new technologies introduced to the company.
