Job Description & Requirements

• Schedule preparation, pre-planningand resource forecasting to allactivities relating to the project.

• Monitor and control materialmanagement on site as to ensureproper storage and unnecessarywastage.

• Foster positive communications andrelationships with team members,management, vendors and clients.

• Provide for site safety and security,devise and implement site policiesand procedures.

• Handle emergencies appropriatelyaccording to established procedures,prepare and file accident reports.

• Supervise and evaluate staff,complete employee reviews; keepaccurate records of employeeattendance and timesheets; providepositive direction to motivate qualityperformance, discipline personnelwhen necessary and appropriate.
