To provide attentive, personalised, and professional table service to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality.

THE JOBSCOPE
  • Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverages.
  • Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages according to fine dining service standards.
  • Maintain proper table setting, service sequence, and presentation throughout the dining experience.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalised service.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Clear and reset tables according to established standards.
  • Handle guest bills and payments accurately when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service areas.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance at all times.
  • Follow food safety, service, and company standards.
  • Support special occasions, VIP guests, private dining, and other restaurant events.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Team Leader/ Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and comfortable interacting with guests.
  • Good attention to detail and strong service orientation.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and presentable.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-standard environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
