Position: IP Services Engineer

• Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Contract: 1-Year Renewable Contract
• Salary: Up to RM 8,000 – RM 12,000 per month
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Eligibility: Open to Malaysian candidates and expatriates currently residing in Malaysia

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IP Services Engineer with strong expertise in F5, Infoblox, NGINX, scripting and open-source technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the deployment, implementation, migration and ongoing support of enterprise IP services infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure and maintain IP Services infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Manage and support F5 solutions, including migration from physical/appliance environments to VM-based deployments.
• Implement and maintain NGINX, including programming, scripting and coding for IP/application service requirements.
• Manage Infoblox DDI services, including DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (IPAM).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using relevant scripting technologies and open-source tools.
• Troubleshoot IP services, DNS, DHCP, load-balancing and network connectivity issues.
• Support infrastructure migration, upgrades, optimization and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure and security teams to ensure reliable and secure IP services.
• Apply automation and open-source technologies to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IP Services / Network Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• F5
• Infoblox
• NGINX
• Scripting
• Open-source technologies
• Strong experience in enterprise IP Services deployment and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with F5 migration to VM environments.
• Strong NGINX programming, scripting and coding capabilities.
• Experience managing Infoblox DDI solutions.
• Fair knowledge of Routing & Switching.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
