What You'll Do:

• Design, maintain, and evolve reusable design system foundations, components, patterns, and templates.
• Champion AI-powered design-to-code workflows that improve handoff quality, accelerate frontend implementation, and maintain consistency between Figma components and production code.
• Define accessibility, responsiveness, localization, and governance standards.
• Leverage AI for documentation, UX writing, accessibility reviews, design QA, and design exploration.
• Build reusable prompt libraries and AI workflows.
• Explore MCP integrations, Figma AI, and design-to-code automation.
• Champion AI adoption across the design organization.
• Work closely with Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Product Managers, and AI teams to ensure scalable and consistent user experiences.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Design, UX Design, or Design Systems.
• Experience building enterprise design systems.
• Fintech or large-scale consumer product experience is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, React component architecture, JSON, REST APIs, and mobile development workflows.
• Daily use of ChatGPT, Claude, Qoderwork, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Prompt engineering.
• AI-assisted UX writing and documentation.
• AI-powered design QA.
• Figma AI and MCP workflows.
• Familiarity with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
