About the role

Develop and produce creative design concepts from brief to final artwork for campaigns including festive packaging, red packets, print collateral, and online creatives. Create print-ready designs with correct layout standards including bleed, safe area, typography, and resolution, ensuring output meets production requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce creative design concepts from brief to final artwork for campaigns (e.g., festive packaging/red packet, print collateral, online creatives)

• Create print-ready designs with correct layout standards (bleed, safe area, typography, resolution) and ensure output meets production requirements

• Collaborate with marketing/production to understand requirements, propose improvements, and deliver designs

• Prepare and manage design assets for both print and digital use (correct formats/sizes, version control, exporting for ads/social media)

• Participate in concept presentation and revisions, incorporating feedback to ensure timely delivery and consistent creative direction

About you

• 3–5 years experience in graphic design / print design

• Print production knowledge: print-ready files, prepress basics, layout for packaging

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign (or equivalent)

• Able to handle artwork with accuracy (bleeds, margins, color setup)

• Good communication and can meet deadlines
