Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and other appropriate channels. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Support the planning and execution of career fairs, recruitment events, campus activities, and other talent attraction initiatives.

• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's image as an employer of choice.

• Coordinate employee experience initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, including engagement activities, internal communications, recognition, and employee feedback.

• Support day-to-day HR activities and provide assistance on general HR matters when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with experience managing full-cycle recruitment. Experience recruiting across multiple functions and job levels is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (MyWave EmplX).

• Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

• Able to work independently, multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
