Innovation Organization is a fast-growing Sales & Marketing company that partners with clients across various industries to support their business development through direct marketing campaigns.

We specialise in face-to-face marketing, helping our clients increase brand awareness, customer engagement and sales revenue.

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join us as Sales & Marketing Representatives and develop their skills in sales, marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent our clients professionally through face-to-face marketing campaigns

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product or service information

• Promote and communicate clients' products and services effectively

• Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, roadshows and residential campaigns etc.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign objectives and sales targets

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Participate in regular training, coaching and team development sessions

• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Develop skills in sales, communication, customer engagement and leadership

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

• Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented

• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• No prior sales or marketing experience required; training will be provided
