ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not a traditional administrative role. We are seeking an high-caliber scientific partner to work directly alongside our Founder. Operating at the intersection of deep tech, international regulatory strategy, and commercial development, you will act as a strategic accelerator—advancing complex research initiatives and executing high-level cross-border collaborations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Scientific Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Founder to synthesize, evaluate, and translate breakthrough research into commercially viable global solutions.

• Cross-Border Collaborations: Initiate, structure, and direct international R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions, private labs, and research consortia.

• Regulatory Navigation: Interface directly with international regulatory agencies across diverse global markets to ensure compliance and expedite pipeline approvals.

• Lab-to-Commercial Bridge: Seamlessly transition between technical analysis in laboratory environments and executive presentation in global commercial discussions.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

Target Disciplines:

• Condensed Matter Physics

• Biophysics & Quantum Info Science

• Physics-focused Biology

• Molecular Biology & Cell Engineering

• Advanced Degree (MSc or PhD) Preferred
