Overview of the Role
Embarks on a structured training program to develop into a future store leader, gaining exposure across all aspects of store operations including sales, merchandising, operations, and team management.

What You Will Do

Deliver excellent customer service and support sales performance
Analyze sales reports and support commercial decision-making
Assist in product management, replenishment, and stockroom operations
Support visual merchandising and store image standards
Participate in team management, scheduling, and training activities
Ensure compliance with store operations, safety, and company standards
