Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide technical support across our offices and retail outlets. The role involves supporting end users, maintaining IT infrastructure, administering Microsoft 365, managing company devices, and assisting with IT projects and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Business Systems Support Support various business platforms including:

• POS systems
• CCTV systems
• WhatsApp Business
• Printing systems
• NAS storage
• Business applications
• Cloud services
• Network & Infrastructure

IT Operations:

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory
• Update documentation and SOPs
• Coordinate with external vendors
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Ensure security best practices are followed
• Participate in IT improvement projects

End User Support:

• Provide first and second-level IT support for office and outlet staff
• Troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals
• Install, configure and deploy hardware and software
• Set up workstations for new employees
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and Office applications
• Resolve user issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service

Microsoft 365 Administration:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Manage licenses and shared mailboxes
• Configure distribution lists
• Assist with mailbox troubleshooting
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding

Ad-Hoc Projects and Deliverables:

• Assist in the planning, implementation, and deployment of IT-related projects across the organisation.
• Participate in system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and technology rollouts.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and new technology implementations.

Job Requirements:

• Maintain contactable during restaurant operating hours
• Entry level knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi
• Troubleshooting skillset
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Minimally 2 Years experience IT Support Experience (Preferred with POS + Office)
