What We Look For In You

• Self-starter, proactive nature

• Passion for attention to the very last detail.

• Excellent design and deep understanding of different design styles and processes

• Good understanding of latest design trends and standard.

• Solid communication skills. Showmanship, not just craftsmanship.

• FF & E or art consultant experience is a plus

• A swift hand at tools such as Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, prototyping tools, etc. is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our Design Director to align team ideas and support implementation for FF&E proposals.

• Assist with FF&E planning and client proposals, incorporating input from the Design Director and the design team.

• Partner with the design and product teams to develop and launch new product/material concepts.

• Support branding development and creative direction for new seasonal collections.

• Collaborate with factories on R&D and material testing to support innovation.

REQUIREMENT

• Specialized in textile design or interior design or art related experience

• Communicating with team to develop and produce the new design

• Good knowledge of branding, digital media and color theory, vendor managements

• A good cultural fit with a passion for design and the industry

• An appreciation for style, and well presented

• Team player with initiative, good communication and problem-solving skills

• Good time management and capability of multitasking and working to tight timeline

• Immediate availability preferred
