Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients, manage appointment scheduling
• Assist doctor during consultations and minor procedures
• Handle basic administrative tasks (records, WhatsApp/phone inquiries, billing support)
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness/hygiene standards
• Support clinic's social media/content activities as needed

Requirements:

• SPM and above (medical background an advantage but not compulsory — training provided)
• Comfortable working in a professional, modest clinic environment
• Basic computer/smartphone literacy
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia; English is a plus
• Based in or near Wangsa Maju / able to commute daily
