Register patients and manage patient appointments.
Take and record patients’ vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, SpO₂ and weight.
Assist doctors during consultation and minor procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, medical equipment and supplies.
Perform basic procedures according to clinic protocol and under appropriate supervision, such as dressing wounds, nebulisation, urine testing and blood collection if trained/authorised.
Dispense and prepare medications according to the doctor’s prescription and clinic procedures.
Explain basic medication instructions to patients when instructed by the doctor/pharmacist.
Maintain accurate patient records and update clinic systems.
Handle panel/insurance claims and payment collection when required.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards throughout the clinic.
Monitor medical supplies and inform management when stock is low.
