We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator
to join our team.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
(Electrical preferred)
Perform accurate quantity takeoffs (materials, measurements, and counts) from construction drawing. Compile and organize measurement data into spreadsheets .
Assist the estimating team in preparing preliminary cost sheets and material lists. Highlight discrepancies or missing information in project drawings.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project schedules and monitor progress.
Prepare and maintain project documentation.
Coordinate with clients & subcontractors.
Support the project team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Assist with basic AutoCAD drawings and updates when required.
