Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Junior Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. In this role, you will support daily shipping operations, ensure the accurate processing of shipping documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare, verify, and process shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, delivery orders, commercial invoices, and packing lists).
• Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, to schedule incoming and outgoing shipments
• Customer Service: Address routine delivery inquiries and assist senior staff in resolving shipping discrepancies or delays.

Requirement-

Education: Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, or a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics, or administrative role.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage routine physical tasks.
