Job Overview:
Support the management of retail and F&B tenancy design across assigned properties.

Work closely with tenants, designers, contractors and internal teams to ensure design submissions and fit-out works meet mall guidelines and design standards.

Responsibilities:
Review tenant design submissions and provide design comments.

Conduct design briefings and coordinate approvals.

Monitor fit-out works and conduct site inspections.

Support A&A / AEI and unit reconfiguration works.

Prepare preliminary layouts and update tenancy design guidelines.

Coordinate with Leasing, Operations, consultants and contractors.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tenancy design, retail design or commercial fit-out.

Mall, landlord or property management experience preferred.

Familiar with retail and F&B renovation.
