Job Scope:

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant/F&B department
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Supervise and support the service team to ensure efficient operations
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower scheduling
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the F&B industry
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and POS system knowledge is an advantage)
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
