Provide professional beauty treatments, including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and other beauty services as required.
Conduct consultations to understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable treatments and products. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure all treatments are performed safely, professionally, and according to company standards.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in the treatment areas.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, tools, and products before and after each service.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate customer treatment records and product usage records.
Monitor and maintain beauty equipment and report any defects or issues to management.
Assist with stock checking and ensure beauty products and supplies are properly stored.
Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and hygiene standards.
Keep up to date with the latest beauty treatments, techniques, products, and industry trends.
Assist other team members when required and maintain a positive and professional working environment.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Beauty Manager or management.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a beautician or in a related beauty/spa environment—good knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and treatment procedures.
Good customer service and communication skills. Friendly, pleasant, professional, and well-groomed personality.
Good attention to detail and ability to provide personalised services.
Able to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Willing to learn new treatments, techniques, and products.
