Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective students, presenting AbroadAssist services, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital outreach, and organize educational fairs, events, and seminars. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, social media management, organizing events, and reaching out to prospective B2B partners.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing and creative skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and video editing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and build trust with diverse student, parent and B2B partners.
• Proficiency in digital tools and channels, such as social media platforms, canva, and video editing software.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple inquiries, tracking follow-ups, and meeting performance targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creatives, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in marketing
• Comfort working on-site in Kuala Lumpur and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or interest in international education, student advisory services, or overseas study programs is highly beneficial.
• Language skills beyond English (such as Mandarin or German) are an advantage but not mandatory.
