Job Summary

You will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, delivering presentations, negotiating deals, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities by researching potential customers and understanding their specific needs
• Proactively generate new business through networking and social media engagement
• Build strong client relationships by addressing challenges and proposing tailored solutions
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase product and service value
• Track sales progress and analyze market trends to provide detailed reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and high customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at industry events to expand networks and demonstrate expertise
• Negotiate and close sales deals confidently while resolving client questions and concerns
• Work effectively with team members to meet shared sales goals and celebrate achievements
• Collect and relay market feedback to support continuous product and service improvement

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of an ITE Certificate

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Understanding of sales and negotiation principles
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and quick learning
• Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations
