Customer Service Executive — Mandarin Speaking

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests.
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to speak and communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM/customer-service systems.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but fresh graduates may be considered.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
