About The Position
As a Senior Learning Program Manager, you will design and manage group training programs that strengthen the skills and knowledge of our game development teams, with a key focus on Producer Learning Programs and other Technical Learning Programs (e.g. Art and Game Development disciplines). Working closely with subject-matter experts, HR, division stakeholders, you will identify development needs, create practical learning solutions and project manage training activities across our global studios. You will also evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve our training approach in line with evolving business needs, industry practices and game development trends.
Responsibilities
Learning Needs Assessment & Analysis
5-7 years of experience in L&D, learning program management, or a closely related field
Experience working in or with the games, animation, VFX, or broader tech/creative production industry is a strong plus
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Experience managing multi-stakeholder program globally and comfort adapting communication style across cultures and time zones
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners, senior stakeholders, and leaders.
Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, problem solve and meet deadlines.
A passion for games
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; L&D-related certifications (e.g. ACTA, ICF, instructional design credentials), and facilitation skills are a plus.

About The Position

Responsibilities
Learning Needs Assessment & Analysis
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, development opportunities, and learning requirements across producer, technical, and other disciplines across departments and studios.
- Collaborate with division stakeholders, studio HR heads, and business leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective learning solutions, with a specific focus on Producer Learning Programs and Technical Learning Programs (e.g. Art, Game Development).
- Lead the design, development, and curation of engaging, effective learning programs using a range of methodologies, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, blended learning, and coaching.
- Own end-to-end design and rollout of Producer Learning Programs (for Producers and Production leads) and other Technical Learning Programs (e.g. Art, Game Development), partnering with external trainers, internal subject-matter experts, and studio leadership
- Act as a trusted point of contact for division stakeholders, studio leadership and studio HR heads on global learning initiatives, balancing global consistency with local studio needs.
- Manage vendors and external facilitators, from sourcing and evaluation through contracting and delivery quality.
- Build and manage program timelines, budgets, and success metrics; report progress to the L&D Director and senior stakeholders.
- Represent Global Learning Programs in cross-studio and cross-region conversations.
- Establish appropriate evaluation approaches to measure learning effectiveness and participant engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay current on learning trends in the games industry and technical/creative skill development, bringing new approaches into the program portfolio.
