Job Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Technical Officers and Managers to oversee day to day facilities operations for Mechanical /Electrical or Building Systems in an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)Contract.
• Responsible for upkeeping Mechanical / Electrical / Building Systems, Services or Equipment to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and take corrective actions as necessary to continuously improve performance.
• Manage applications for MCST fit out permits for A&A works.
• Attend to faults and defect calls within time frame and ensure recovery of systems are done on time.
• Supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors and provide liaising duties with clients to ensure service delivery, ad-hoc works, and all scheduled maintenances are performed on time.
• Attend regular maintenance meetings on behalf of the Company with Clients and Clients’ Representatives.
• Assist and support internal and externals takeholders in various functions such as urgent works, auditing, inspections, consultancy works, project works involving building infrastructure and site operations.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 – 4 years relevant working experience in property management, facilities management, commercial property management or MCST operation
• Minimally Higher NITEC or Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Pro-active, independent yet service and team-oriented, and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and applicable subsidiary legislation and/or Registered Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
