Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will support senior management in managing daily operations, manpower, administrative activities, and business coordination. This role includes supervising employees, monitoring operational performance, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily business operations to support management objectives

Supervise and guide employees to complete assigned duties efficiently and effectively

Allocate manpower and schedule work to meet operational requirements

Monitor staff attendance, performance, productivity, and work quality to maintain standards

Coordinate communication and activities with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams

Oversee ongoing projects to ensure completion according to agreed requirements and timelines

Prepare and maintain operational reports, schedules, records, and management updates

Review administrative documents including quotations, invoices, and purchase records for accuracy

Identify operational issues and recommend actionable solutions to management

Assist in controlling operational costs and optimizing use of company resources

Ensure employee compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and relevant regulations

Conduct meetings and briefings with staff to communicate updates and expectations

Support staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives

Assist management in implementing new procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Manage customer feedback and assist in resolving service-related issues promptly

Represent the company in meetings with clients, suppliers, and business partners as required

Perform additional managerial and operational duties assigned by senior management
