Sales Supervisor

Location: Seremban (Melaka / Gemas / Muar (Southern Region)

Industry: Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) – Personal Care

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee distributor management and drive business expansion across the Southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distributor Management: Manage key distributor operations (Fimmex) and conduct regular business reviews.
• Business Expansion: Expand trade presence across Seremban, Melaka, Gemas, and Muar.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop actionable sales plans and execute revenue-driven strategies.
• Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team / DSRs.
• Operational Problem Solving: Oversee daily sales operations, business planning, and operational troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record in Distributor Management.
• Trade experience within the Southern region market.
• Experience in the Personal Care / FMCG sector (current or prior background).
