Position Title: Project Coordinator
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, Sat: 9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic + VB
Duration: Permanent



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site and installation activities with the Project Manager, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
Monitor project schedules, manpower, site readiness, and installation progress, and highlight delays or risks early.
Attend site meetings and coordinate installation requirements, inspections, rectification works, and project handover.
Prepare progress reports, issue trackers, site records, photos, and other project documentation.
Ensure installation teams comply with WSH and site safety requirements.

Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC or equivalent in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Relevant experience in project/site coordination, construction, equipment installation, or engineering projects is preferred.
Able to read basic engineering, layout, and installation drawings.
Able to work on site, manage project requirements, and keep the Project Manager updated on key matters.
