Waacow is a contemporary Japanese restaurant serving up wonderful donburis, and we’re looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing individuals to be the face of our restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant environment and love making customers smile, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve & Delight: Ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience by serving with a smile.
Cashier Duties: Handle inquiries, take orders, and process payments smoothly.
Keep it Clean: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Communicate: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional way.
Solve Problems: Address any customer issues or queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Support the Team: Assist with any tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly & Positive: You love chatting with people and making them feel welcome.
Team Player: Ready to help your teammates and work together to keep things running smoothly.
Quick Learner: Able to pick up tasks quickly and adapt to a busy environment.
Good Communicator: Comfortable interacting with customers and handling orders.
Detail-Oriented: You make sure orders are accurate, and the dining area is clean.
Energetic: You can handle the dinner rush with a smile.
Presentable: Neat, professional, and ready to represent our restaurant.
No experience? No problem! On-the-job training is provided!
Eligibility: Singaporeans, PRs, LTVP holders only.
