Job Summary
Lead financial and client portfolio management to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and business growth at AEHPL. Collaborate across teams, oversee financial reporting, and develop the Finance team to ensure robust governance and risk management.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client accounts to maintain and grow business relationships
Prepare and present sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders to secure business
Build and sustain positive business relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction
Identify and resolve client and operational issues promptly to maintain service quality
Monitor financial performance by analyzing data and providing actionable insights and recommendations to management
Oversee preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Implement and maintain effective internal controls, financial governance, and risk management practices to safeguard company assets
Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to tax and statutory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives that support business growth
Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
Agrani Exchange House Private Limited (AEHPL) is a limited liability company incorporated and domiciled in the Republic of Singapore whose registered office and principal place of business is located at 5A Lembu Road Singapore 208444.
The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC., a fully state-owned bank of Bangladesh, which is also the Company's ultimate holding company.
The principal activities of the Company are to carry on the remittance business and to undertake and participate in any or all transactions, activities and operations commonly carried on or undertaken by remittance and exchange house. AEHPL embarked its journey in Singapore on February 08, 2002 for catering the long-felt need of hassle-free transfer of money by the Bangladeshi expatriates from Singapore.
