Sales Team Lead
Basic salary:
$2,500 – $2,800
Uncapped monthly and quarterly commissions
Structured training provided
5-day work week:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Be part of a dynamic and supportive team in a growing industry
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell electricity-related products and services at assigned locations (B2B)
Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
Explain product offerings clearly and guide customers through the sign-up or purchase process
Work closely with backend support teams to ensure smooth post-sales fulfilment
Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
Minimum
GCE N-Level or O-Level
, or equivalent
Experience in retail sales, roadshows, or outdoor sales will be an advantage
Candidates without work experience are also welcomed as training will be provided
Comfortable standing for extended periods as part of the role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident in engaging and influencing customers
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn
Willing to work at different locations across Singapore
Ability to communicate in
Mandarin
to support Mandarin-speaking customers
