The Services required are set out as follows:

Provide IT infrastructure and facilities support for ICT, including
wired/wireless networks, labs, data centres, servers, storage, security,
backups, and IT equipment.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Azure, AWS, Nutanix/HCI,
virtualization, domain infrastructure, operating systems, applications,
and system tools.

Manage and monitor physical and virtual infrastructure, ensuring high
availability and minimal downtime.

Support ICT facilities including The Dot, The BYTE, Gen.AI Hub, ICT
Data Centre, and Cybersecurity Lab, with responsibility for technical
equipment.

Provide academic and teaching support, including software/hardware
setup, practical lesson testing, troubleshooting, and preparing labs
each semester.

Manage staff email, liaise with DST, and evaluate emerging technologies
to improve IT operations.

Perform ad-hoc after-hours support for labs and servers when required.

Handle ICT asset procurement, management, loans, and verification in
accordance with ICT requirements and Government IM guidelines.
