Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Planning:
Define event goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Logistics & Vendor Management:
Source and manage venues, caterers, audiovisual suppliers, and other external partners.
Promotional Campaigns:
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns—including email marketing, social media, paid ads, and PR—to drive attendance.
Content & Collateral Creation:
Collaborate with design and product teams to produce engaging event signage, landing pages, invitations, and swag.
On-Site Execution:
Oversee event operations, manage guest check-ins and VIPs, and troubleshoot issues live.
Post-Event Analytics:
Track registration numbers, attendee feedback, and generated pipeline/leads to evaluate return on investment
