JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
• Produce content around:
• Promotions (e.g. RM1 deals, campaigns)
• Store highlights / new openings
• Food & product features
• Customer experiences
• Shoot and edit content using mobile tools (CapCut, etc.)
• Ensure content is engaging within the first 3 seconds (hook-driven)

Content Execution

• Follow weekly content calendar and campaign direction
• Deliver content consistently and on time
• Adapt quickly to trending formats and ideas

Trend & Idea Generation

• Monitor TikTok / social trends daily
• Suggest and execute new content ideas
• Experiment with different formats to find viral angles

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Marketing team (campaign direction)
• Designers (visual assets)
• Outlet teams (on-ground shooting)

KPIs

• Content output (weekly volume)
• Engagement (views, shares, saves)
• Viral / high-performing content
• Contribution to campaign awarenessCreate short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong understanding of TikTok / Instagram content
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut / similar)
• Comfortable shooting content in-store / on-site
• Creative, fast execution, and trend-aware
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Experience in F&B / retail content
• Sense of humour / storytelling ability
• Basic photography skills
