Required experience:

At least 7 years of deep experience building general software / web systems at a large-scale or similar experience

Expertise in Python (3.x) -> Expertise in Python or equivalent OOP stack such as Java, Go, PHP, Node, etc.

Proficiency in Frontend programming stack, preferably with ReactJS or NextJS. TS would be a plus.

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with HTTP(s) protocol and RESTful specifications

Experience leading major initiatives successfully

Experience leading projects and teams accordingly

Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability

Experience improving quality through thoughtful code reviews, appropriate testing, proper rollout, monitoring, and proactive changes

Experienced in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions.
