Job Description:
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
Strong understanding of the Singapore transport and logistics market.
Experience managing transport operations involving both owned and outsourced transport resources.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading managers, supervisors, or operational teams.
Experience managing operational budgets, transport costs, and performance metrics.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Oversee gallery sales activities and support the sales team.
Maintain relationships with collectors, corporate clients .
Monitor enquiries, quotations, reservations, invoicing and post-sale coordination.
Support artwork presentations, client visits and private viewings.
Provide regular sales updates to management.
Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles safely to ensure the security of goods and passengers
Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of vehicles to support operational readiness
Follow assigned schedules and routes accurately to meet delivery and transportation timelines
Carry out additional driving-related duties as required to support team and company operations
