We are looking for a responsible and motivated

Restaurant Supervisor

to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, lead the service team, and ensure a high standard of customer service and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.

Lead, train, and support restaurant staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily operational requirements.

Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.

Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative and operational duties.

Maintain a positive and professional working environment for the team.
