Job description:

Product Management Specialist

• Manage all aspects of product-related tasks within the online shop, including product uploading, order forecasting, and inventory management
• Continuously update product listings to reflect seasonal and market changes, ensuring optimal user experience and online shopping environment
• Determine web portal content based on data analysis and trends to enhance user experience and drive engagement

Revenue Optimization Strategist

• Drive revenue growth by optimizing store design and product display to maximize conversion rates and lead generation
• Plan and work closely with merchandiser team for pricing strategies, deals, and promotions on marketplace platforms to increase exposure and sales  Set and achieve annual online channel sales target

Collaboration Coordinator

• Collaborate with internal teams such as the design team to ensure online store graphic design meets the best practice standards

Marketing and Analytics Specialist

• Analyze sales data, product performance, and customer behavior to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing conversion rates, basket size, and customer retention
• Work closely with brand digital marketing to drive paid online acquisition and retargeting campaigns across various channels

Campaign Planner and Analyst

• Collaborate with brand and marketing managers to develop yearly promotion plans and monthly campaigns
• Track and analyze weekly analytics and metrics to report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Customer Support Management

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Develop strategies to streamline the customer service process and improve response times
• Collaborate closely with retail store personnel to facilitate online customer purchases
