A utilities company is looking for a Data Entry Administrator (3 months)

Your new role

• • Perform high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• • Conduct systematic validation and quality checks on data in the regulatory databases and tracking systems.
• • Take ownership of data accuracy by performing detailed verification, validation, and reconciliation checks before records are submitted, reported, or archived.
• • Conduct data cleansing, reconciliation and cross-checking across files, records, system outputs and supporting documents to ensure data integrity and reliability.
• • Retrieve, compile, and organize information required for regulatory reporting and audits.
• • Provide general administrative support to the Regulatory Management team.
• • Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.
• • Assist in maintaining continuity of records and processes when new systems, workflows or reporting requirements are introduced.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

• Candidates with experience in administration and data entry, administration, compliance support, or records management are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong data entry and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
