Job Overview

Support the administration of trusts and fiduciary structures, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Trust Administration

• Support the day-to-day administration of trusts and related structures.

• Maintain accurate trust records, documentation, and statutory information.

• Monitor key deadlines, distributions, appointments, and other trust matters.

2. Client and Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with trustees, beneficiaries, family offices, banks, and external advisors.

• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, and other professional service providers where required.

• Support client onboarding, KYC/CDD, and ongoing due diligence processes.

3. Documentation and Compliance

• Prepare and process trust-related documents and transactions.

• Ensure trust administration activities follow applicable requirements and internal procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and trust structure records.

4. Team Support

• Provide administrative and operational support to the trust and fiduciary services team.

• Assist with ad-hoc trust, private client, and wealth succession matters as required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trust administration or fiduciary services.

• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients, trusts, or complex structures will be advantageous.

• Good understanding of trust administration and KYC/CDD requirements.

• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Professional and discreet when handling confidential client information.
