We are looking for a M&E Drafter to support our interior renovation projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare M&E shop drawings and technical drawings for interior renovation works

Coordinate M&E drawings with architectural and ID Drawings.

Prepare and update drawings based on site conditions and project requirements

Coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors

Assist with drawing submissions and technical documentation

Required Proficiency

Experience in preparing and coordinating the following plans:

Electrical Plans

ACMV Plans

Plumbing & Sanitary Plans

Fire Protection Plans

Waterproofing Plans

Requirements

Relevant qualification in M&E, Engineering, Drafting or related fields

Proficient in AutoCAD

Experience in interior renovation / construction M&E drafting preferred

Able to understand and coordinate M&E requirements within renovation projects

Good attention to detail and drawing accuracy

Able to work independently and coordinate with project teams
