JOB TYPE:

4 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead endpoint management activities for the Microsoft 365 migration project.
• Assess existing Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, and Windows 11 environments.
• Design and provide implementation guidance for Intune enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, update rings, and endpoint security.
• Support Workspace ONE to Intune migration, including pilot, migration waves, deployment, validation, and hypercare.
• Manage/guide Intune RBAC, scope tags, dynamic groups, security baselines, encryption, and Conditional Access.
• Assess GPO conflicts and support policy migration to Intune.
• Work with Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Configuration Manager, and Intune co-management.
• Provide troubleshooting and configuration guidance to technical teams.
• Prepare HLD/LLD inputs, migration plans, configuration guides, runbooks, RAID logs, and operational documentation.
• Conduct technical workshops and knowledge transfer with infrastructure, security, identity, application, and support teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and enterprise endpoint management.
• Experience managing Windows 11 devices.
• Experience with Workspace ONE to Intune or similar endpoint migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM and Intune co-management.
• Good knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, update rings, endpoint security, and encryption.
• Experience with RBAC, scope tags, dynamic groups, security baselines, GPO assessment/migration.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical workshop skills.
• MD-102 or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience with Defender for Endpoint, Windows Hello for Business, PKI/SCEP, VPN/Wi-Fi profiles is an advantage.
• Experience supporting large enterprise or regulated environments is preferred.
