Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Visual Design

• Create engaging visual designs that align with Yonny's global brand identity.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing materials and brand assets.
• Support the development of design guidelines and visual templates for overseas markets.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Design creative assets for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu.
• Produce digital advertisements, promotional banners, EDMs, and campaign materials.
• Design thumbnails, cover images, and simple motion graphics for online content.

3. Marketing & Product Design

• Design promotional posters, flyers, menus, brochures, packaging, and product-related marketing materials.
• Adapt marketing visuals to suit different countries while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and festive promotions.

4. Store & Offline Visual Support

• Design in-store promotional materials including posters, standees, lightboxes, menu boards, and POSM.
• Work closely with operations to ensure visual consistency across all overseas stores.
• Support new store openings with branding and marketing collateral.

5. Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, Product, and Overseas teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
• Organize and maintain the company's digital design assets and templates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of graphic design experience (F&B, retail, or consumer brands preferred).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong creativity with a good eye for layout, typography, and color.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional and overseas teams.
• Experience in social media content design and digital marketing creatives is highly preferred.
