Job Description
Handle the Group’s full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, billing, and intercompany transactions.
Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and group consolidation reports.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
Support the CFO and management with financial reports, schedules, and business performance information.
Manage month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and related schedules.
Ensure accurate accounting records and timely submission of GST, tax, audit, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties when required.
Assist in improving accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the CFO or management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
ACCA or equivalent professional qualification willbe an added advantage.
Candidates with 2 years or more of relevant working experience handling full set of accounts independently will have an added advantage.
Must understand intercompany billing, balances, reconciliations and elimination entries
Meticulous, analytical, and good with numbers.
Good organisational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication skills
.Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with accounting and ERP software (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of handling confidential financial information with integrity.
